School Improvement Plans

School improvement is the single most important business of the school in that it is a continuous process to ensure that ALL students are provided access, opportunity and support to achieve at high levels.

The School Improvement Plan (SIP) identifies the academic and priority goals along with strategies for each school. School leadership and school leadership teams refine their SIP annually to define their school’s targeted work to raise achievement and prepare every student to graduate.

Target Pages

A school’s Target Page is a simple, one-page document that clearly states the school’s goals for instructional improvement. The Target can include student learning or behavioral goals or some other form of goal, but what matters is that the document is simple, clear, easily understood, and doable. ~ Taken from Jim Knight’s Unmistakable Impact
